4e-doctor Technical Support is available free of charge in all areas except those in the Red and Blue.For a small fee we are able to activate 4e-doctor on your Account.

The cost for a bright.net user that has Internet Service through Red and Blue areas will be $27.00 a year.
Non bright.net users are available to receive 4e-doctor for a small charge of $42.00 a year.
